Nick is a business-minded technical executive with 20+ years leading scaled, private and PE-backed organizations through growth, merger, exit, and post-merger integration. He has served as CTO across two nine-figure revenue businesses, most recently leading the technical merger of two large enterprises and unlocking tens of millions in post-merger synergies.

His track record spans enterprise technology strategy, AI-enabled transformation, cybersecurity, and organizational design — always with a direct line to EBITDA impact. Nick has been a trusted partner to boards, investors, and executive teams in some of the most complex, high-stakes environments a technology leader can face.

Nick calls Colorado home, where he lives in the mountains with his family. When he's not embedded with a portfolio company, you'll find him on a bike — he's completed multiple 100+ mile endurance races, including a 200+ mile event. That same discipline and commitment to the long climb is what he brings to every engagement.
